Leading University Medical Center Looks to Kemtah for IT Results

A renowned university medical center has contracted with Kemtah to provide information technology (IT) project management support and direction. Under the terms of the contract, Kemtah is providing Disaster Recovery Plan program management; a Medical Tissue Tracking System assessment; and support to develop and release a Patient Tracking System request for proposal (RFP). For each engagement, Kemtah is providing project management resources to support and supplement the medical center’s IT and project management staff.
The establishment and adherence to formal project management methodologies is critical to the successful implementation of nearly all information technology projects. The methodologies serve as guidance to the organization as it selects its projects; to the project teams as they plan their work; to organization management as they supply the necessary oversight; and to sponsors and customers as they collaborate in the design and delivery of new business systems.
